Coin Communities Terms of Use
Last updated May 28, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Site Operator, LLC and its affiliates operates the Coin Communities platform (“Coin Communities”). This platform lets you discover and participate in blockchain-linked communities, communicate through chat, access token-gated features, and engage with other users through wallet-based participation systems. By accessing or using Coin Communities, you agree to these Terms of Use (these “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of your agreement with us.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Coin Communities. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Coin Communities. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the platform, and we reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe is held by a person under the minimum age requirement.
2.2 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located. If you are accessing Coin Communities on behalf of a legal entity, you further represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.3 Sanctions Compliance. You may not use Coin Communities if you are: (a) located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a Prohibited Jurisdiction (as defined in Section 2.4 below); (b) listed on any sanctions list maintained by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or any other applicable governmental authority, including but not limited to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List); or (c) acting on behalf of any person or entity that falls within the foregoing categories.
By using Coin Communities, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any such sanctions or restrictions, and that your use of the platform will not cause Coin Communities to violate any applicable sanctions laws or regulations.
2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Access to Coin Communities is not permitted from the following jurisdictions (each, a “Prohibited Jurisdiction”):
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
- Syria
- Russia
- Belarus
- Venezuela
- Myanmar (Burma)
- Sudan
- Crimea region of Ukraine (consistent with applicable OFAC guidance)
- Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine (consistent with applicable OFAC guidance)
- Any other jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive embargo or sanctions program administered by OFAC or equivalent governmental authority at the time of access
If applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits or restricts your access to the platform, you are not authorized to use Coin Communities from that jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update the list of Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time to reflect changes in applicable law or our compliance obligations.
3. Accounts, Wallets, and Identity
3.1 Wallet-Based Identity. Coin Communities uses blockchain wallet addresses as the primary means of user identification and authentication on the platform. By connecting a wallet to Coin Communities, you authorize the platform to associate your wallet address with your account and platform activity. You may be required to cryptographically sign a message to verify wallet ownership; such a signature does not authorize any on-chain transaction or transfer of assets.
3.2 Wallet Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, including your private keys, seed phrases, and any associated credentials. Coin Communities does not custody, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases at any time. We have no ability to recover your wallet or restore access to your account if you lose your private key or seed phrase. Loss of your private key or seed phrase will result in permanent loss of access to any wallet-linked features or content on the platform, and Coin Communities bears no responsibility for any such loss.
3.3 No Custody. Coin Communities is not a wallet provider, custodian, exchange, or financial institution. We do not hold, transmit, or manage digital assets on your behalf. Any digital assets associated with your wallet remain under your sole custody and control at all times.
3.4 Public Wallet Addresses. Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers that may be visible and traceable on public blockchains. By connecting a wallet to Coin Communities, you acknowledge that your wallet address may be visible to other users of the platform and to any member of the public who accesses the relevant blockchain. You should not connect a wallet to Coin Communities if you are not comfortable with your wallet address being publicly associated with your platform activity.
3.5 Multiple Wallets. You may connect more than one wallet address to your Coin Communities account, subject to any limitations we establish from time to time. Each connected wallet may independently determine your eligibility for token-gated features or communities. We reserve the right to limit the number of wallets that may be associated with a single account.
3.6 Accurate Information. To the extent Coin Communities requires you to provide profile information beyond your wallet address, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You may not impersonate any other person or entity, use a misleading username, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, entity, or community.
3.7 Account Suspension and Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Coin Communities, including by restricting one or more connected wallet addresses, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law. Where feasible, we will notify you of the basis for any suspension or termination, subject to our right to act without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, other users, or third parties. See Section 15 (Termination) for additional detail.
4. Token-Gated Communities
4.1 Overview. Coin Communities enables users to access certain communities, features, and content based on ownership or control of specific digital tokens (“Token-Gated Features”). Access to Token-Gated Features is determined by verifying the presence of qualifying tokens in a connected wallet at the time of access. This section governs the conditions and limitations of that access.
4.2 Token Ownership as Access Condition. Your ability to access a Token-Gated Feature depends on your connected wallet holding the required token(s) at the time the platform verifies your eligibility. Token requirements for each community or feature are set by the community organizer or, where applicable, by Coin Communities. We do not guarantee that any particular token will qualify for or maintain access to any community or feature.
4.3 Eligibility May Change. Your eligibility to access Token-Gated Features may change at any time. If your wallet no longer holds the required token(s) — whether due to a sale, transfer, loss, smart contract interaction, or any other reason — you may immediately lose access to the relevant community or feature. Coin Communities is not obligated to provide notice before access is revoked due to a change in token holdings. We are not responsible for any loss of access resulting from changes in your wallet's token balance.
4.4 Verification Limitations. Token-gating relies on on-chain verification through third-party infrastructure, including blockchain networks, RPC providers, and smart contracts. This verification process may be subject to delays, outages, errors, or failures outside our control. Coin Communities does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free verification of token ownership, and we are not liable for any access failures or incorrect eligibility determinations resulting from verification issues.
4.5 Community-Imposed Rules. Individual communities on Coin Communities may establish their own rules, requirements, and standards of conduct for members, which may be more restrictive than these Terms. By joining or participating in any community, you agree to comply with any applicable community-specific rules in addition to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. Coin Communities is not responsible for the content, conduct, or governance decisions of individual communities or their organizers.
4.6 No Guarantee of Permanent Access. Token ownership does not entitle you to permanent, irrevocable, or guaranteed access to any community or feature on Coin Communities. Access to Token-Gated Features is provided on an as-available basis and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time by Coin Communities or the relevant community organizer, subject to any applicable notice obligations under these Terms.
4.7 No Investment or Financial Advice. Nothing on Coin Communities constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of financial guidance. Coin Communities does not recommend, endorse, or make representations about the value, utility, legality, or advisability of any digital token. You acknowledge that tokens you hold or acquire may lose value, become worthless, or cease to function, and that Coin Communities bears no responsibility for any such outcomes.
4.8 No Token Value Representations. The availability of a token on Coin Communities, or its use as an access credential for a community or feature, does not constitute any representation, warranty, or assurance regarding the token's present or future market value, liquidity, or investment potential. You assume all risk associated with your decision to acquire, hold, or use any digital token in connection with the platform.
4.9 No Governance Rights. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement between you and Coin Communities, participation in any community or Token-Gated Feature on the platform does not grant you any governance rights over Coin Communities, its products, its policies, or its underlying infrastructure. Any governance rights that may exist in connection with a particular community are solely a function of that community's own structure and documentation, and Coin Communities makes no representations regarding such rights.
5. Community Rules and User Conduct
5.1 General Standard. You agree to use Coin Communities in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. Our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference, set out the standards of conduct that apply to all users across the platform.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct. You may not use Coin Communities to:
- (a) Harass or harm others — including by threatening, stalking, bullying, doxxing (i.e. intentionally encouraging or stating another user's private information without their consent) or promoting violence against any person or group;
- (b) Impersonate or deceive — including by impersonating any person or entity, falsely claiming an affiliation, or using a name, avatar, or identifier designed to mislead other users;
- (c) Scam or defraud — including by promoting fraudulent token projects, coordinating pump-and-dump schemes, soliciting funds under false pretenses, or engaging in any form of market manipulation;
- (d) Distribute malware or malicious content — including by posting or linking to phishing sites, malicious smart contracts, malware, or content designed to compromise user wallets or devices;
- (e) Post illegal content — including content that violates any applicable law, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, constitutes child sexual abuse material, or facilitates any unlawful activity;
- (f) Circumvent platform controls — including by creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban, using automated tools to access or scrape the platform, or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure;
- (g) Post Pornographic or sexually explicit content — including by uploading, sharing, or linking to any content that depicts or describes sexual acts or nudity in a graphic or exploitative manner; or
- (h) Post child sexual abuse material — including by uploading, sharing, generating, distributing, or linking to any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors. This prohibition is absolute and admits of no exceptions. Coin Communities will report any known or suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to any other applicable law enforcement or governmental authority as required by law.
5.3 Community-Specific Rules. Individual communities on Coin Communities may impose additional conduct standards that apply to their members. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any community-specific rules in the communities you join. See Section 4.5 for additional detail.
5.4 Reporting. If you encounter content or conduct that you believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, you may report it by sending an email to legal@pump.fun. We appreciate reports from users and will review them, but we are not obligated to take any particular action in response to a report or to notify you of the outcome.
5.5 Enforcement. We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and to take any action we reasonably deem necessary to protect the platform, its users, or third parties, including removing content, restricting access, or suspending or terminating accounts. See Section 7 (Moderation and Enforcement) and Section 15 (Termination) for additional detail.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content. Coin Communities allows you to post, upload, share, transmit, and otherwise make available text, images, links, messages, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of your User Content to Coin Communities.
6.2 License to Coin Communities. By posting or submitting User Content to Coin Communities, you grant Coin Communities a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and make available your User Content in connection with operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the platform and the services described in these Terms. This license continues for as long as your User Content remains on the platform and, where applicable, for a reasonable period thereafter to wind down cached or distributed copies.
6.3 Your Representations. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content and to grant the license in Section 6.2; (b) your User Content does not violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law; and (c) your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
6.4 Moderation and Removal. Coin Communities reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any User Content at any time, for any reason consistent with these Terms and our Community Guidelines, including where we reasonably determine that such content violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, other users, or third parties. See Section 7 (Moderation and Enforcement) for additional detail.
6.5 Your Removal Rights. You may delete your User Content from Coin Communities at any time through the platform's available tools. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your deleted content from active platform surfaces following your deletion request. However, we cannot guarantee complete or immediate removal from all systems, and deletion by you does not affect any license rights that accrued prior to deletion.
6.6 Blockchain Immutability. Certain content or activity on Coin Communities may be recorded on or linked to a public blockchain. You acknowledge that content recorded on a public blockchain may be immutable and cannot be deleted, modified, or removed by Coin Communities or by you once it has been confirmed on-chain. Coin Communities bears no responsibility for the persistence of any content or data recorded on a public blockchain, and you should exercise caution before taking any action that results in on-chain recording.
6.7 Persistence on Decentralized Systems. Even where content is not directly recorded on a blockchain, content shared on Coin Communities may be copied, cached, archived, or distributed by other users or third-party systems. Coin Communities cannot guarantee that deleted content will be removed from systems outside our control, including decentralized storage networks, public archives, or third-party caches.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
7.1 General Authority. Coin Communities reserves the right to investigate any conduct that we reasonably believe may violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law, and to take any action we reasonably deem necessary to protect the platform, its users, or third parties. Our exercise of moderation authority is guided by the need to maintain a safe, functional, and trustworthy platform environment.
7.2 Enforcement Actions. Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Coin Communities may take one or more of the following actions:
- (a) Content removal — removing or disabling access to User Content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law;
- (b) Visibility restrictions — limiting the distribution, discoverability, or reach of content or accounts without full removal;
- (c) Community restrictions — restricting or revoking a user's access to one or more communities on the platform;
- (d) Wallet restrictions — restricting or disabling one or more wallet addresses connected to an account where we reasonably determine that the wallet is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law;
- (e) Account suspension — temporarily suspending access to a user's account pending investigation or resolution of a potential violation; and
- (f) Account termination — permanently terminating access to a user's account where we determine that a serious, repeated, or irremediable violation has occurred.
These actions are not mutually exclusive and may be applied in combination. See Section 16 (Termination) for additional detail regarding account termination.
7.3 Standards for Action. Enforcement actions will be taken on the basis of one or more of the following grounds:
- (a) a reasonable determination that a user has violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines;
- (b) a reasonable determination that a user's conduct poses a risk to the safety, security, or integrity of the platform or its users;
- (c) a requirement or request from a competent governmental or regulatory authority; or
- (d) any other basis that Coin Communities reasonably determines is necessary to protect the platform, other users, or third parties from harm.
Coin Communities does not take enforcement actions for reasons unrelated to platform integrity, user safety, or legal compliance.
7.4 Notice. Where feasible and consistent with platform integrity, we will notify you of any enforcement action taken against your account and, to the extent practicable, the general basis for that action. We reserve the right to act without prior notice where delay would pose a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties, or where prior notice would compromise an ongoing investigation.
7.5 No Obligation to Monitor. Coin Communities does not assume any obligation to monitor User Content or user conduct on the platform. Our decision to investigate or take action in any particular instance does not create an obligation to investigate or act in any other instance. We are not liable for any failure to detect, remove, or respond to content or conduct that violates these Terms.
7.6 Cooperation with Law Enforcement. Coin Communities may disclose information about users or their activity on the platform to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or where we reasonably believe such disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to address fraud, security, or technical issues. See our Privacy Policy for additional detail.
7.7 Appeal. If you believe an enforcement action has been taken against your account in error, you may contact us at legal@pump.fun to request a review. We will consider appeals in good faith but are not obligated to reverse any enforcement action. Submitting an appeal does not stay or suspend the enforcement action pending review.
8. Blockchain and Digital Asset Risks
8.1 General Risk Acknowledgment. Blockchain technology and digital assets involve significant and unique risks that differ from those associated with traditional internet platforms. By using Coin Communities, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described in this Section, and that Coin Communities is not responsible for any losses, damages, or harms arising from those risks.
8.2 Volatility. Digital tokens and other digital assets are highly volatile. The value of any token may increase or decrease dramatically over short periods of time, and tokens may lose all of their value entirely. Coin Communities makes no representations about the present or future value of any digital asset, and nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice. You should not acquire digital assets unless you are prepared to lose the full amount of your investment.
8.3 Irreversible Transactions. Transactions on a blockchain are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. If you send digital assets to the wrong address, interact with a malicious smart contract, or otherwise make an error in connection with a blockchain transaction, Coin Communities cannot reverse, cancel, or recover that transaction. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any transaction before you authorize it.
8.4 Smart Contract Risks. Features on Coin Communities may interact with or rely on smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or design flaws that could result in the loss, lock-up, or theft of digital assets. Coin Communities does not audit, warrant, or guarantee the security or functionality of any smart contract, including those associated with tokens used to access Token-Gated Features on the platform.
8.5 Network Outages and Failures. Blockchain networks may experience congestion, outages, forks, or other disruptions that are outside our control. These conditions may affect the speed, cost, or availability of on-chain transactions and may cause delays or failures in token-gating verification or other platform features that depend on on-chain data. Coin Communities is not liable for any losses or access failures resulting from blockchain network conditions.
8.6 Protocol Forks. Blockchain protocols may undergo hard forks or other protocol-level changes that alter the rules of the network, create new tokens, or affect the value or functionality of existing tokens. Coin Communities does not control any blockchain protocol and cannot predict or manage the effects of a protocol fork on the tokens used in connection with the platform.
8.7 Wallet Compromise. Your wallet and its associated private keys, seed phrases, and credentials may be targeted by malicious actors through hacking, social engineering, or other means. If your wallet is compromised, any digital assets it holds may be permanently lost. Coin Communities cannot restore access to a compromised wallet, reverse unauthorized transactions, or compensate you for losses resulting from wallet compromise. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet.
8.8 Phishing and Impersonation. Malicious actors may create fake websites, applications, social media profiles, or communications that impersonate Coin Communities or its representatives in order to obtain your wallet credentials, private keys, or digital assets. Coin Communities will never ask you to share your private key, seed phrase, or wallet password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from Coin Communities that requests this information, do not respond and report it to us at legal@pump.fun.
8.9 Scams, Fraud, and Token Fraud. The blockchain and digital asset space is subject to a high incidence of scams, fraudulent token projects, rug pulls, and other deceptive schemes. Coin Communities does not endorse, vet, or guarantee the legitimacy of any token, project, community organizer, or user on the platform. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before interacting with any token, community, or user. Coin Communities bears no responsibility for losses arising from scams or fraudulent activity by third parties, whether or not that activity occurred on or in connection with the platform.
8.10 Regulatory Uncertainty. The legal and regulatory status of blockchain technology, digital assets, and token-based platforms is unsettled and varies significantly across jurisdictions. Laws and regulations governing digital assets may change in ways that affect the availability, legality, or functionality of the platform or the tokens associated with it. Coin Communities does not provide legal or regulatory advice, and you are responsible for understanding the laws that apply to your use of the platform in your jurisdiction.
8.11 No Recovery. Given the nature of blockchain technology, Coin Communities has no ability to: (a) recover lost, stolen, or misdirected digital assets; (b) reverse confirmed on-chain transactions; (c) restore access to a wallet for which you have lost the private key or seed phrase; or (d) intervene in disputes between users regarding digital asset ownership or transfers. You use the platform and engage with digital assets at your own risk.
9. Privacy
9.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of Coin Communities is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information about you in connection with your use of the platform. By using Coin Communities, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy with respect to privacy matters, the Privacy Policy governs.
9.2 Wallet Linkage. When you connect a wallet to Coin Communities, we associate your wallet address with your account and your activity on the platform. This association allows us to provide wallet-based authentication, token-gating verification, and other platform features. Your wallet address may be stored in connection with your account data and used for platform operation, security, and compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.3 Public Visibility of Wallet Addresses. Wallet addresses are public identifiers on blockchain networks. By connecting a wallet to Coin Communities, you acknowledge that your wallet address may be visible to other users of the platform and to any member of the public who accesses the relevant blockchain. Transaction histories, token holdings, and other on-chain activity associated with your wallet address may be publicly accessible regardless of any privacy settings you apply within the platform. Coin Communities has no control over the visibility or accessibility of information recorded on public blockchains.
9.4 Blockchain Transparency. Certain interactions with Coin Communities may result in data being recorded on a public blockchain. Once recorded on-chain, that data is permanent, public, and cannot be deleted or modified by Coin Communities or by you. You should be aware that on-chain data may include wallet addresses, transaction details, token transfers, and other information that may be traceable to you. See Section 6.6 (Blockchain Immutability) for additional detail.
9.5 Analytics and Cookies. Coin Communities may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies, as well as third-party analytics tools, to understand how users interact with the platform, to improve platform performance, and to support security and fraud-prevention functions. You may be able to manage certain cookie preferences through your browser settings or through any cookie management tools we make available. For full details on the tracking technologies we use and your choices, see our Privacy Policy.
9.6 Moderation and Safety Processing. In connection with our moderation and enforcement activities described in Section 7, Coin Communities may process information about your account, wallet activity, User Content, and platform behavior. This processing is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the safety and integrity of the platform and its users, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use this information for advertising or marketing purposes.
9.7 Anti-Abuse Monitoring. Coin Communities employs automated and manual processes to detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. This may involve processing information about your account activity, device, network, and wallet interactions. The purpose of this processing is limited to platform security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
9.8 Information Sharing with Third Parties. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform, with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as described in Section 7.6, and in other circumstances described in our Privacy Policy. Where we share information with third-party service providers, we require them to handle it in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9.9 Your Privacy Choices. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection to certain processing. For information about how to exercise these rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us at legal@pump.fun.
10. Third-Party Services and Decentralized Infrastructure
10.1 Overview. Coin Communities operates in an ecosystem that depends on third-party services, decentralized networks, and infrastructure that we do not own, operate, or control. This Section describes the nature of those dependencies and the limitations of our responsibility with respect to them.
10.2 Wallet Providers. Coin Communities is compatible with a range of third-party wallet applications and browser extensions, including software wallets, hardware wallets, and mobile wallet applications (each, a “Wallet Provider”). Wallet Providers are independent third parties and are not affiliated with Coin Communities. We do not endorse, support, or make any representations about any Wallet Provider, and we are not responsible for the security, functionality, availability, or terms of any Wallet Provider you choose to use. Any issues arising from your use of a Wallet Provider — including failures, outages, security breaches, or loss of access — are solely between you and the relevant Wallet Provider.
10.3 RPC Providers and Blockchain Infrastructure. The platform relies on remote procedure call (RPC) providers, node operators, and other blockchain infrastructure services to read on-chain data, verify token ownership, and support platform features that depend on blockchain state. These services are operated by independent third parties. Coin Communities does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or continuity of any RPC provider or blockchain infrastructure service. Outages, errors, or failures affecting RPC providers or blockchain nodes may result in degraded platform performance, incorrect eligibility determinations, or temporary unavailability of Token-Gated Features. We are not liable for any such disruptions or their consequences.
10.4 Blockchain Networks. Coin Communities relies on public blockchain networks to support its wallet-based identity, token-gating, and other on-chain features. Blockchain networks are decentralized systems that operate independently of Coin Communities. We do not control any blockchain network's protocol rules, transaction processing, consensus mechanisms, or governance. Events affecting a blockchain network — including congestion, forks, outages, rollbacks, or protocol upgrades — may affect the platform in ways we cannot anticipate or remedy. See Section 8.5 (Network Outages and Failures) and Section 8.6 (Protocol Forks) for additional detail.
10.5 Smart Contracts. Certain platform features may interact with or depend on smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. Smart contracts operate autonomously according to their coded logic and are not under the operational control of Coin Communities once deployed. We do not audit, warrant, or guarantee the functionality, security, or continued operation of any smart contract, whether deployed by Coin Communities, a community organizer, or any third party. Interactions with smart contracts carry inherent risks, including the risk of bugs, exploits, and irreversible loss of assets. See Section 8.4 (Smart Contract Risks) for additional detail.
10.6 Bridges and Cross-Chain Infrastructure. If you use any blockchain bridge or cross-chain protocol in connection with your use of Coin Communities, you do so entirely at your own risk. Bridge protocols are operated by independent third parties and have been subject to significant security incidents and asset losses. Coin Communities does not endorse, operate, or assume any responsibility for any bridge protocol, and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of cross-chain infrastructure.
10.7 Third-Party Links and Services. Coin Communities may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, or may integrate with third-party tools and platforms. Such links and integrations are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Coin Communities. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service, and we are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your access to or use of any third-party resource. You access third-party services at your own risk and subject to the terms of those services.
10.8 No Control Over Decentralized Networks. Coin Communities does not control, and cannot modify or intervene in, the operation of any decentralized network, protocol, or smart contract. Actions taken on a public blockchain — including token transfers, smart contract executions, and on-chain recordings — are processed by the relevant network and are not subject to our oversight or reversal. We have no ability to freeze, recover, or redirect assets on any blockchain network.
10.9 Third-Party Content. Communities and users on Coin Communities may share links to, or information about, third-party projects, tokens, protocols, and services. Coin Communities does not review, vet, or endorse any third-party project or content shared on the platform. The presence of any third-party link or reference on Coin Communities does not constitute our endorsement of that project or any representation regarding its legitimacy, safety, or value. You are solely responsible for evaluating any third-party project before interacting with it. See Section 8.9 (Scams, Fraud, and Token Fraud) for additional detail.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Platform Ownership. Coin Communities and its underlying technology, including its software, source code, algorithms, interfaces, design, graphics, text, and all other content and materials comprising the platform (collectively, the “Platform IP”), are owned by Corsican Eagle, LLC and its affiliates or its licensors (“Owner”) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Platform IP to you. Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights in or to the Platform IP except the limited license expressly set out in Section 11.2.
11.2 License to You. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform or any part of it; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform; (c) sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the platform or any part of it for any commercial purpose; or (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or markings on or in the platform.
11.3 Trademarks. The Coin Communities name, logo, and any other product or service names, slogans, or design marks displayed on the platform are trademarks or service marks of the Owner. You may not use any such marks without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any trademark, service mark, or trade name of Coin Communities or any third party.
11.4 Feedback. If you submit to Coin Communities any ideas, suggestions, comments, improvements, or other feedback relating to the platform or its features (“Feedback”), you hereby grant Coin Communities a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and incorporate that Feedback into the platform or any other product or service, without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality to you. You represent that any Feedback you submit is your own original work and that you have the right to grant this license. Coin Communities is under no obligation to act on any Feedback you submit.
11.5 Improvement Rights. Without limiting Section 11.4, Coin Communities may use aggregated, de-identified data about how users interact with the platform — including usage patterns, feature engagement, and performance data — to improve, develop, and optimize the platform and its features. This use does not involve the disclosure of your personal information and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
11.6 Reservation of Rights. All rights in and to the Platform IP not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Coin Communities and its licensors. No implied licenses are granted under these Terms.
11.7 Anti-Scraping and Automated Access. You may not use any automated tool, bot, spider, crawler, script, or other automated means to access, collect, copy, or index any content or data from Coin Communities without our prior written consent. You may not use data mining, extraction, or harvesting tools on the platform. Unauthorized automated access to the platform may constitute a violation of applicable law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and equivalent statutes in other jurisdictions. We reserve the right to take any technical or legal measures necessary to prevent or respond to unauthorized automated access.
12. Disclaimers
12.1 Platform Provided As-Is. Coin Communities is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coin Communities and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
12.2 No Warranty of Uptime or Availability. We do not warrant that the platform will be available at any particular time, that access will be uninterrupted, or that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the platform or any feature at any time without notice, including for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. Your access to the platform is not guaranteed.
12.3 No Warranty of Security. While we implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, we do not warrant that the platform, your account, or any data transmitted through the platform will be free from unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other security incidents. Given the inherent risks of the blockchain and digital asset environment described in Section 8, you should not assume that the platform provides a secure environment for sensitive information or high-value digital asset activity.
12.4 No Token Legitimacy Guarantee. Coin Communities does not review, vet, endorse, or make any representations about the legitimacy, legality, security, value, or utility of any token, token project, or token issuer on the platform. The presence of a token on Coin Communities — including its use as an access credential for a community or Token-Gated Feature — does not constitute any endorsement, certification, or assurance by Coin Communities. Tokens may be fraudulent, worthless, or associated with illegal activity without our knowledge.
12.5 No Investment Advice. Nothing on Coin Communities constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to acquire, hold, or dispose of any digital asset. Coin Communities does not assess whether any token or digital asset is a suitable investment for any user. Any decision to acquire, hold, or use a digital asset in connection with the platform is made solely at your own risk. See Section 4.7 (No Investment or Financial Advice) for additional detail.
12.6 No Guarantee of Community Trustworthiness. Coin Communities does not screen, vet, or endorse community organizers, community members, or the content, conduct, or governance of any community on the platform. Communities are operated by independent organizers and may contain inaccurate, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content or activity. Coin Communities makes no representations about the trustworthiness, legitimacy, or reliability of any community, organizer, or user on the platform. You interact with communities and other users at your own risk.
12.7 No Warranty of Third-Party Services. Coin Communities makes no representations or warranties regarding any third-party service, infrastructure, or content used in connection with the platform, including wallet providers, RPC providers, blockchain networks, smart contracts, and bridge protocols. See Section 10 (Third-Party Services and Decentralized Infrastructure) for additional detail.
12.8 No Legal, Tax, or Regulatory Advice. Nothing on Coin Communities constitutes legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice. Coin Communities does not assess the legality of your use of the platform or of any digital asset in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the platform and your digital asset activity.
12.9 Jurisdictional Limitations. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitations on consumer rights. To the extent that applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of warranties set out in this Section, those warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coin Communities and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of digital assets, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services — even if Coin Communities has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
13.2 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coin Communities' total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — regardless of the form of action or the theory of liability — will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Coin Communities in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one thousand dollars (USD $1,000).
13.3 Blockchain and Digital Asset Losses. Without limiting the foregoing, Coin Communities will not be liable for any losses arising from: (a) the loss, theft, or misdirection of digital assets; (b) irreversible blockchain transactions; (c) smart contract bugs, exploits, or failures; (d) wallet compromise or loss of private keys or seed phrases; (e) blockchain network congestion, outages, forks, or protocol changes; (f) the acts or omissions of third-party wallet providers, RPC providers, bridge protocols, or other decentralized infrastructure; or (g) the fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct of third parties, including scams, rug pulls, and fraudulent token projects. The risks described in this Section are fully described in Section 8 (Blockchain and Digital Asset Risks) and Section 10 (Third-Party Services and Decentralized Infrastructure), which you are encouraged to read carefully.
13.4 Basis of the Bargain. You acknowledge that the limitations of liability set out in this Section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between you and Coin Communities, that Coin Communities would not be able to provide the platform on the terms offered without these limitations, and that these limitations will apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
13.5 User Content and Third-Party Conduct. Coin Communities is not liable for any content posted, transmitted, or made available by users or third parties on the platform, including content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or otherwise harmful. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with other users and for any content you encounter on the platform.
13.6 Jurisdictional Limitations. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in this Section excludes or limits Coin Communities' liability to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion or limitation. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that restricts liability limitations, the limitations in this Section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
14.1 Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as provided in Sections 14.3 and 14.4, you and the Owner agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or your use of Coin Communities — including any question regarding the existence, validity, scope, or termination of these Terms — will be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and applies to all claims whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.
14.2 Arbitration Rules and Procedure. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms, and will be conducted by a single arbitrator. The AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules are available at www.adr.org. The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or part of this agreement is void or voidable. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Unless you and Coin Communities agree otherwise, the arbitration will be conducted on the basis of written submissions, or by videoconference if either party requests a hearing.
14.3 Small Claims Carve-Out. Notwithstanding Section 14.1, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for small claims jurisdiction and remains an individual, non-class, non-representative action for the duration of the proceeding. If a small claims court action is filed as a class or representative action, or if the claim is transferred out of small claims court for any reason, it will be subject to arbitration under these Terms.
14.4 Injunctive and IP Relief. Notwithstanding Section 14.1, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or other proprietary rights. The seeking of such relief will not constitute a waiver of the right to arbitrate any underlying claim.
14.5 Class Action and Representative Action Waiver. You and Coin Communities each agree that all claims must be brought in your or our respective individual capacities and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable with respect to any particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief will be severed from the arbitration and may be brought in court, and all other claims will remain subject to arbitration.
14.6 Mass Arbitration — Batching Procedures. If twenty-five (25) or more claimants submit demands for arbitration raising similar claims against Coin Communities within a ninety (90) day period, the following procedures apply:
- (a) Bellwether process. The AAA will randomly select ten (10) demands from the total pool of similar claims to proceed as bellwether arbitrations (the “Bellwether Cases”). The Bellwether Cases will be arbitrated individually and sequentially. The remaining demands will be stayed pending the resolution of the Bellwether Cases.
- (b) Good-faith negotiation. Following the resolution of the Bellwether Cases, the parties will engage in good-faith negotiation for sixty (60) days to attempt to resolve the stayed claims on an individual or global basis using the Bellwether Cases as reference points.
- (c) Subsequent batching. If the stayed claims are not resolved through negotiation following the Bellwether Cases, the AAA will administer the remaining claims in batches of twenty-five (25), with each batch proceeding to arbitration in sequence. Each batch constitutes a separate arbitration proceeding for purposes of filing fees and arbitrator appointment.
- (d) No coordination of counsel. Nothing in this Section prevents claimants from being represented by the same counsel, but each claim must be filed and prosecuted individually. The batching procedures in this Section do not create a class action or otherwise aggregate claims for purposes of liability or relief.
14.7 Filing Fees and Costs. Payment of arbitration filing fees and costs will be governed by the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as modified by these Terms. If your claim does not exceed USD $10,000, Coin Communities will pay all AAA filing fees, administrative fees, and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator determines that your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. If your claim exceeds USD $10,000, filing fees and costs will be allocated in accordance with the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules.
14.8 Location. Unless the parties agree otherwise, arbitration will take place in the county in which you reside. For claims that do not exceed USD $25,000, the arbitration may be conducted entirely by telephone, videoconference, or written submissions at the election of either party.
14.9 Governing Law for Arbitration. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. The arbitrator will apply the substantive law specified in Section 18 (Governing Law and Venue) to the merits of any claim.
14.10 Opt-Out Procedure. You may opt out of the agreement to arbitrate in this Section by sending written notice to Coin Communities at legal@pump.fun within thirty (30) days of the date you first agree to these Terms (the “Opt-Out Deadline”). Your notice must include your full name, your email address associated with your Coin Communities account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement. If you opt out, neither you nor Coin Communities will be bound by the arbitration agreement in this Section, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Section 18 (Governing Law and Venue). Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provision of these Terms. If you do not opt out before the Opt-Out Deadline, you will be deemed to have accepted the arbitration agreement.
14.11 Informal Dispute Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact the Owner at legal@pump.fun and provide a written description of your claim, the relief you are seeking, and your contact information. Coin Communities will respond within thirty (30) days. You and Coin Communities agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for sixty (60) days from the date of your notice before either party may initiate arbitration. This informal dispute resolution requirement is a condition precedent to arbitration and, if not satisfied, the arbitrator will dismiss the arbitration demand without prejudice. The statute of limitations and any filing deadlines are tolled during the sixty (60) day informal resolution period.
14.12 Severability. If any part of this Section 14 is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part will be severed and the remainder of this Section will continue in full force and effect, except that if the class action waiver in Section 14.5 is found unenforceable in its entirety, this entire Section 14 will be void and any dispute will be resolved in court under Section 16.
15. Termination
15.1 Termination by You. You may stop using Coin Communities at any time. If you wish to close your account, you may do so by sending an email to legal@pump.fun. Following account closure, you must not reconnect your Wallet to the Coin Communities site. Termination of your account does not delete content you have posted that has been recorded on a public blockchain or otherwise distributed beyond our control. See Sections 6.6 (Blockchain Immutability) and 6.7 (Persistence on Decentralized Systems) for additional detail.
15.2 Termination by Coin Communities. Coin Communities may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, in whole or in part, if we reasonably determine that:
- (a) you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law;
- (b) your conduct poses a risk to the safety, security, or integrity of the platform or its users;
- (c) we are required to do so by applicable law, legal process, or governmental authority; or
- (d) continued provision of the platform to you would expose Coin Communities to legal liability or regulatory risk.
Where feasible, we will provide you with notice of the basis for any termination. We reserve the right to act without prior notice where delay would pose a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.
15.3 Relationship to Moderation. The termination rights in this Section are separate from and in addition to the moderation and enforcement actions described in Section 7 (Moderation and Enforcement). Moderation actions — including content removal, visibility restrictions, community restrictions, and account suspension — may be taken without terminating your account. Termination under this Section results in the permanent loss of access to your account and all associated features and content.
15.4 Discontinuation of the Platform. Coin Communities reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or restructure the platform or any feature of it at any time. If we discontinue the platform entirely, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from any modification or discontinuation of the platform.
15.5 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, whether by you or by Coin Communities:
- (a) your license to use the platform under Section 11.2 will immediately terminate;
- (b) you will lose access to your account, your connected wallets' association with the platform, and any Token-Gated Features or communities you were accessing through the platform;
- (c) any User Content you have posted that has not been deleted will be handled in accordance with Section 6 (User Content) and our Privacy Policy; and
- (d) any outstanding obligations you have under these Terms — including with respect to intellectual property and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.
15.6 Surviving Provisions. The following Sections survive termination of these Terms or your account for any reason: Section 6 (User Content), Section 8 (Blockchain and Digital Asset Risks), Section 9 (Privacy), Section 10 (Third-Party Services and Decentralized Infrastructure), Section 11 (Intellectual Property), Section 12 (Disclaimers), Section 13 (Limitation of Liability), Section 14 (Arbitration and Class Action Waiver), Section 15.5 (Effect of Termination), this Section 15.6, Section 16 (Governing Law and Venue), and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.
16. Governing Law and Venue
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or your use of Coin Communities are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
16.2 Venue for Court Proceedings. To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 14 or otherwise permitted to be brought in small claims court, you and the Owner each irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of that dispute. You waive any objection to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by such courts and any objection that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
16.3 Relationship to Arbitration. Nothing in this Section limits or modifies the arbitration agreement in Section 14. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 14, as set out in Section 14.9. This Section applies to any claim that falls outside the scope of the arbitration agreement or that is otherwise permitted to be brought in court.
16.4 Jury Trial Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and the Owner each waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform. This waiver applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
16.5 Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, the Owner or its designee may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened violation of these Terms, including any unauthorized use of the platform or infringement of the Owner's intellectual property rights. The pursuit of such relief does not constitute a waiver of any other right or remedy available to Coin Communities.
16.6 Limitations Period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose, or the date on which you knew or reasonably should have known of the facts giving rise to the claim, whichever is earlier. Claims not brought within this period are permanently barred. Nothing in this Section limits any shorter limitations period that may apply under applicable law.
16.7 Consumer Jurisdictional Rights. Nothing in this Section removes or limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires disputes to be resolved by a different court or under different procedural rules, and that requirement cannot be waived by contract, this Section applies to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.
