Coin Communities TAKE IT DOWN Act Policy

Site Operator, LLC and its affiliates (the “Company”) have adopted the following general policy toward nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, including both authentic and deepfake images, which will be reasonably identified by the Company (hereinafter, “Intimate Visual Depiction”) in accordance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/146/text). The email address for submitting notices is listed at the end of this policy.

Procedure for Reporting Nonconsensual Intimate Visual Depictions

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through Company's websites or services (a) includes an Intimate Visual Depiction of an identifiable individual and (b) was published without the consent of the identifiable individual, please send a notice of same containing the following information to the email address listed below:

• A physical or electronic signature of the identifiable individual (or an authorized person acting on behalf of such individual);
• An identification of, and information reasonably sufficient for the Company to locate, the Intimate Visual Depiction of the identifiable individual;
• A brief statement that the identifiable individual has a good faith belief that any Intimate Visual Depiction identified in the notice is not consensual, including any relevant information for the Company to determine the Intimate Visual Depiction was published without the consent of the identifiable individual; and
• Information sufficient to enable the Company to contact the identifiable individual (or an authorized person acting on behalf of such individual).

Once Proper Bona Fide Notification is Received

It is Company's policy:

• To remove the Intimate Visual Depiction within the 48-hour timeframe; and
• To make reasonable efforts to identify and remove any known identical copies of such Intimate Visual Depiction.

When submitting your notification of nonconsensual Intimate Visual Depiction, please ensure the following criteria have been met:

• Your notice concerns material or content hosted on a domain operated by Company, such as coincommunities.org. We are unable to remove material or content located on other domains, such as those operated by third-parties who archive and re-host material or content originally posted to Company's website or services.
• Clearly note the specific location(s) of the material referenced in your notice.
